The EFF Leadership Academy has a new home
Every executive board member completes EFF officer training through EFFective Learning, inside myEFF. Same mission, one place: your membership, your office, your training and your certificate, together.
An officer may not serve before completing EFFective Learning officer training. Officer certificates renew every year on July 31.
Step by step
Use the email you joined EFF with. Already a member but never signed in? Claim your account. New to EFF? Join first; it takes a few minutes.
Open My chapter and tap Do you hold an office? Choose your role. Your President, Vice President or Advisor confirms it, and it goes on your record.
Tap the EFFective Learning tab in myEFF. Executive board members start with Called to Completion, EFF's officer training.
Read or listen, answer the knowledge check, and add a reflection if you want. Your progress saves after every lesson, so you can stop and pick up exactly where you left off, on any device.
When you finish, your certificate is issued instantly, numbered and added to your EFF record. Your chapter and National can see it. Now you can serve.
Officer certificates run through July 31. Each new academic year, complete the current version before you serve again.

Complete your training in myEFF from here on. If you already finished on the old Academy and your certificate isn’t showing in myEFF, tell National with Get help with something on your myEFF home, or email info@estherfundsfoundation.org, and we’ll make it right.
Don’t create a second account. Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page, or email info@estherfundsfoundation.org with your name and school.
Your certificate appears on your myEFF record the moment you finish. Your President and Advisor see training for the whole board in the board console, and National sees it too.
