Pretty Girls Who Serve

Privacy & support

For the PGWS app and prettygirlswhoserve.org. Plain words: what we keep, why, and who can see it. Updated 9 October 2026.

What we keep, and why

Your emailTo sign you in with a 6-digit code (no password) and to send you what you asked for: your code, receipts, chapter news and replies from Nationals.
Your name, chapter and officesWhat you give when you join, apply or are seated, so your chapter and Nationals know who you are.
Membership and paymentsWhether your P31 membership is active. Card payments are made on Stripe's own secure page in your phone's browser; PGWS never sees or keeps your card number.
What you write to usApplications, check-ins, concerns, messages and Sisterhood Book pages, kept so the right people can answer.
Your trainingP31 Academy progress and certificates, so your certificate can be verified.

What stays yours alone

Your P31 PlannerGoals, prayers, birthdays, reminders and emergency contacts are yours alone. If you keep it everywhere, one private copy is saved for your email, and no one at PGWS, Nationals included, can read it.
Your vision boardYour photos never leave your phone. Nothing is uploaded.
Your Bible highlights and notesPrivate to you. No one else can read them.
MessagesOnly the people in a conversation can read it. If a message is reported, PGWS's leaders may review that conversation, and every review is recorded.

What we never do

We don’t sell or rent your information. We don’t show ads. The app has no advertising or tracking tools and doesn’t follow you across other apps or websites. Your sign-in is kept in your phone’s secure keychain.

Who can see what

Your chapter’s officers see what their chapter needs (your name, stage and the answers you gave the chapter). PGWS Nationals see what they need to run PGWS. The public walls show only first name, last initial, city and state, and only if you chose to be on them. Pretty Girls Who Serve is an affiliate of Esther Funds Foundation; its records live on the same secure platform (MyEFF), and EFF staff who run that platform may see them only to keep it working.

Closing your account

In the app, open Me → Delete my account. Or write to pgws@estherfundsinc.org from the email PGWS has for you. Nationals close it within 7 days: your sign-in stops working, you come off the Ambassador Wall, and we email you when it’s done. Records PGWS must keep (memberships, certificates, offices held and chapter finances) stay on file. You can change your mind until it’s closed.

Young women

The app is not meant for children under 13, and PGWS does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
