What do I need on the final?
Your current grade is on your class’s online page or from your professor. The final’s weight is on the syllabus.
Fill in all three to see the answer.
This works when your current grade already counts everything except the final. If more work is still coming, use My class grade.
If the number scares you
A hard number is information, not a verdict. Here’s what helps most.
- Go to office hours this week.Ask what you can still do: extra credit, a dropped score, a retake, or what to focus on for the final.
- Check your Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP).Financial aid looks at your GPA and how many classes you finish. Schools set their own rules, but most need around a C average (2.0) by the end of your second year and steady progress toward your degree. Your financial aid office has your school’s exact rule.
- Lost aid for SAP? You can usually appeal.Explain what happened and your plan. Write my appeal, and read what SAP means in the StudentAid.gov financial aid dictionary.
- Before you drop or withdraw, talk to financial aid and read Before You Withdraw. It can cost money and count against your progress.
